Start out by exploring an idyllic 3-hectare lakeside park, and gain a picture of how the lake-dwellers lived thanks to reconstructions of their habitats in the landscape that shaped their lives. The permanent exhibition contains a vast array of items from the prehistoric era to the Renaissance: cutting-edge museum technology creates a superb aesthetic impression.
